Welcome to Robert's AI Companion

Before You Enter: Please Read and Accept at the bottom of the page

This AI Companion draws inspiration and wisdom from Robert J. Strock and the library of Awareness That Heals. It is not a form of therapy nor a substitute for professional mental health care. The Companion is designed to provide reliable, thoughtful responses and inquiries based on Robert's extensive work, including articles, podcasts, guided meditations, and video dialogues. This helps you explore and apply Robert’s teachings to help you find your own wisdom.

A Few Important FAQs

  1. The “Start a Call” and “Call” buttons can use your device's audio or computer speakers so you can verbally communicate with the AI Companion. It does NOT connect you directly with Robert personally or his voicemail.

  2. If you're not Signed In, your voice chat time is limited to 10 minutes or 10 text messages.

Confidentiality

Your interactions with the AI Companion are confidential and securely stored on dedicated systems. They are not accessed, shared, or disclosed to any third party.

Pointers for Effective Use

  1. Why you should Sign In: You can use the AI Companion without signing in, but it won't save your history. To save your history and receive more personalized guidance, you'll need to Sign In. It also helps you stay connected with Robert through our newsletters and live online sessions. Saving your history is optional and completely private.
  2. Voice Chat: If your device has a microphone and speakers, you can start a voice call to talk directly with Robert’s digital guide. This feature also works well on phones for easy on-the-go contact.
  3. Begin with honesty: You don’t need perfect words. Just start with what you’re feeling or wondering about. Example: “I feel anxious and don’t know why.”
  4. Be specific when possible: The more precise you are in describing what’s happening, the more accurate and personally compassionate the guidance becomes.
  5. Use reflective questions for best results: You can ask things like, “How can I care for myself and others when I am in my most challenging feeling or situation?” or “What would Awareness That Heals say about how I can best move from self-
judgement to self-compassion?” or “How do I best deal with a difficult conversation while still caring for my challenging emotions?”
  6. Make it your own: If a word or phrase doesn’t quite match your experience, adjust it internally and use language that feels authentic to you. The goal is understanding, not perfect wording.
  7. Visit often: Real change occurs through small, repeatable actions. Consistent practice helps develop awareness and intention to heal in your daily life.
